Shipping + Return Policies
Where do you ship to? : We ship to all 48 contiguous United States, but not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S, territories.
How much does shipping cost?: GlowRayMe Sunless offers a flat rate of $10 per order for UPS ground shipping for up to 10 items. This allows us to help our customers obtain the high quality products they desire while making it affordable to ship. If you are local and within a 10 mile radius of the area code 27502 we will hand deliver your products for free! Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. If you are a wholesaler and purchasing products in quantities of 10 or more the shipping will be adjusted to accurately display the weight-based price in reflection to the policies of the shipping companies.
When will my order be dispatched? : If you place your order before 10am (EST) on a weekday we will aim to dispatch the same day. Orders are processed and shipped Mondays to Fridays only, excluding bank holidays.
Once dispatched, how long will my order take? : All orders are shipped from our North Carolina location via UPS Ground Delivery and are presented at checkout. Shipping generally takes 2-7 business days but time may vary due to carrier or manufacturer delays that GlowRayMe Sunless is not responsible for. GlowRayMe Sunless is not responsible for goods damaged or lost in shipment. However, if you do have an item that has been damaged due to shipping we will need documentation from our shipping partners as well as any documentation and photographs from you that damage occurred and we will be glad to replace the item with the same product type. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
Can I return/exchange my product? Due to the nature of our products and FDA regulations, GlowRayMe Sunless cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
How can I cancel my order: We process orders quickly as possible, which means some orders may ship same day. Therefore to prevent delays we don’t have a set window of time during which cancellations are guaranteed. Please ensure your order is correct before submitting as submitted orders will be treated as final and won’t be available for cancellation after they are shipped.
