CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect everyone’s time, cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $35 non-refundable fee. This applies to all clients, including members of spray tan parties. If your party drops below 5 guests, regular individual rates will apply.

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations, clients who cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice will be required to have a card on file to book future appointments.

 As a small business mobile service provider, my schedule is carefully planned, including travel time. Late cancellations impact not only my business but also other clients I could have served during that time.

Inclement Weather Policy 

As a mobile business, safety is our top priority for our clients as well as our technicians. To keep our traveling technicians safe, we may need to  cancel and/or reschedule appointments due to inclement weather when the weather service has deemed it unsafe to drive in events such as, but not limited to; tornado watch/warnings, flash flood watch/warnings, severe thunderstorms, and snow. There will be no cancellation fee if the appointment needs to be cancelled by client or technician due to these circumstances.
