CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations that happen less than 24 hours prior to appointment (same day cancellations) will result in a  $35 non-refundable cancellation fee.

Party Cancellations

Cancellation fee applies to any and all clients that are part of a spray tan party that cancel less than 24 hours. If party number drops below 5 people, the price of tan goes back to original pricing for all others present at party. 

Why go to all this trouble?

 Spray tanning sessions require preparation prior to the service, Any cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the service drastically hurts our ability to re-book that time slot. Most of our appointments are booked  in advance and travel time has been calculated and accounted for. When you book, your time is held just for you. So please be respectful of our time as we are always striving to be respectful of yours.

Inclement Weather Policy 

As a mobile business, safety is our top priority for our clients as well as our technicians. To keep our traveling technicians safe, we may need to  cancel and/or reschedule appointments due to inclement weather when the weather service has deemed it unsafe to drive in events such as, but not limited to; tornado watch/warnings, flash flood watch/warnings, severe thunderstorms, and snow. There will be no cancellation fee if the appointment needs to be cancelled by client or technician due to these circumstances.
